Continuing her development in top class racing, Dani King is taking part in 3 days of racing in the north east of Holland with the Great Britain team. There are 2 UCI 1.1 class races, plus a World Cup. Dani will be supporting team leader Nicole Cooke and continuing her education in the sport.
Dani raced really well in the first of the 3 events. Her positioning was excellent and didn’t struggle with the distance at all (141.5 km’s), showing that she’s in really good shape for the season ahead. It wasn’t to be her day however as a puncture towards the end of the race cost her the chance of finishing in the peleton.
