Helen is the mentor to the younger ridrs on the squad. With a wealth of experience as a professional rider, she has a key role in ensuring all the riders have the inside knowledge of how to succeed in womens racing from a riders perspective. Having ridden 4 World Road Championships and 8 World Cyclo-Cross Championships, Helen is a key member of the backroom team. Helen, who rides professionally for Kona Factory Cyclo-Cross Team, will be a guest rider for the Matrix Fitness – Prendas RT throughout 2012 alongside her role of mentor.
